Social Distancing & Working From Home (WFH)
Hi Friends. We are hunkering down and adapting to the way we do things. As you know we are a technology driven brokerage. We are still servicing our clients but with new methods and technologies. We will be utilizing virtual open houses, virtual tours, e-signatures & online closings. -
So business as usual (just virtually).
I've been preparing for video-chat tours for the past year, the coronavirus has me doing them a bit sooner and more frequently than anticipated.
Video Chat - Any Compass listing as well as any other brokerage listings can be toured virtually via video. Either myself or someone from my team can walk you through, step by step, with us conversing the entire time or a video can be sent to you for viewing and comments.
In Person Tours - We are still hosting in person tours but we are taking extra precautions:
1. Avoid contact. No shaking of hands, staying 6 feet away throughout the tour, removing of shoes at the door.
2. Healthy Agents - we have a team and we are all working virtually. If you are not well, just ask for a video-chat.
3. Follow our Instagram stories for up to date information regarding local market conditions.
If you are working from home, staying in this weekend, had a trip or event canceled, or are lost without your favorite sports game/kids activities, I've put together a list of some fun things you can do during this time.
