Just days later, it was under contract for $1,870,000, with five strong offers on the table. That’s $121,000 over asking—and $270,000 above Zillow’s estimate of $1.6M just two months earlier.
So how did we get there?
In February 2025, Zillow estimated the home’s value at $1.6 million. Redfin wasn't far off, offering a similar number. But these platforms rely on automated algorithms—ones that can’t see the updates, feel the flow of the home, or understand the nuances of location and presentation.
