Check out the latest market trends in the South Bay for October 2023. 
 
In the South Bay real estate market, the latest data reveals a snapshot of property sales in various neighborhoods. Manhattan Beach saw 5 homes sold with a median sales price of $3.39 million and an average of just 13 days on the market. Hermosa Beach also had 5 homes sold, boasting a median sales price of $2.48 million, albeit with a longer average of 91 days on the market. Redondo Beach recorded 16 homes sold at a median price of $1.71 million within 20 days on average. Meanwhile, Torrance witnessed 51 homes sold at a median price of $1.20 million, typically spending 23 days on the market. For Palos Verdes Estates, 14 homes were sold at a median price of $2.66 million, with an average of 24 days on the market. Rancho Palos Verdes had 27 homes sold with a median price of $2.30 million and an average of 15 days on the market. Lastly, San Pedro saw 16 homes sold at a median price of $983,956 and an average of 19 days on the market.
