Meet Samantha Littrell

Samantha was born and raised in Manhattan Beach. Being a local affords her unique insight into the Beach Cities markets as well as formidable connections throughout the area. Although she has a special connection to the Beach Cities, her passion for unique properties has taken her career to other parts of LA as well. This has led to the selling of architecturally significant homes in Los Feliz, Hollywood Hills, and more. 

Sam is energetic and eager in her approach and prides herself on providing service to all her clients. Sam even earned a Rookie of the Year distinction in her first year in real estate. She specializes in residential real estate and thoroughly enjoys placing buyers in their perfect homes as well as helping sellers get the value they deserve.

In her free time, some of Sam’s favorite things to do include: going to the beach, walking her dog around downtown Manhattan Beach, practicing yoga, and trying new restaurants.
